Kawa Of Care

In Te Ngahere we have been learning about the Kawa Of Care. The Kawa of Care is about keeping your chromebook safe. It is important to always follow the Kawa Of Care so your chromebook doesn't break and it lasts for a long time. I have had my chromebook for four years and I haven't had insurance yet. Our classroom is committed to the kawa of care. If we don’t follow the kawa of care we can get our chromebook taken off of us. After our class re-learnt the kawa of care we had to make something like a DLO to show what we learnt. My Best friend Jade and I made a comic strip for our kawa of care DLO. Do you follow the kawa of care?
Here is my DLO about the kawa of care:

Sharing My Knowledge about Roy Lichtenstein

This week in Te Ngahere we have been learning about Roy Lichtenstein. Roy Lichtenstein was an American pop artist in the 1950’s. For our learning we had to find six or more facts about him. I found eight facts about Roy from the texts we had to scan. I think I did well but I can probably do better next time. I really enjoyed finding facts about Roy because I didn't know who he was until this week and I learnt new things. I got my facts about Roy Lichtenstein from Facts #1 and Facts #2. In art, I predict that we might use Ben Day Dots and a few colors to make it look like Roy Lichtenstein’s paintings. Did you know who Roy Lichtenstein was?
